Each candidate must come to Jobs Plus with a referral from a local church or agency, which often provides additional support in areas such as drug rehabilitation and marital counseling. This strengthens the network of support for our clients, ensuring that they have resources in place when issues arise, whether at home or on the job. It also serves as a screening tool, showing us that the candidate is willing to partner with others in rebuilding his or her life.
