Jobs Plus provides a three-hour training program for mentors, covering topics such as how to cultivate mentoring relationships, healthy perspectives on cultural differences and an orientation about River City and Talbert House. Our staff provides ongoing support throughout the mentoring relationship and is always available to provide assistance.
